BLUEBERRY BUTTERMILK BANANA POPSICLES RECIPE

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Run popsicle molds under warm water to remove. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. Sweetener Swaps: Feel free to use maple syrup or agave instead of honey for a different flavor profile or if you want a vegan option (use plant-based yogurt in place of buttermilk for vegan).
  2. Storage: Popsicles keep well in the freezer for up to 2 months. Store them in an airtight container or wrap individually for best freshness.
  3. Buttermilk Substitute: No buttermilk? Mix 1 cup of milk with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then use as directed.
  4. Unmolding: To easily remove the popsicles, briefly run the molds under warm water (about 10–20 seconds).
